Terms and Conditions

Applies to the original purchaser only.

Covers any product you purchased from Formulerstore4u for 12 months from the date of delivery unless the otherwise stated if the product does not work properly or arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item.
All sales are final. No returns will be authorized for the reason other than the non-proper functioning, incorrect item shipped or initial damage. For return authorization, please send a request to sales at support@formulerstore4u.com
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-authorized returns will not be processed or shipped back to the sender.
Items are accepted for returns have to be shipped in the original packaging with no missing parts or stickers.
As with the manufacturer warranty this does not cover lightning strikes or power surges or physical damage to the product unless damaged has been shipped from us.
The returned item will be processed for repair/replacement or the refund will be issued if the same product is out of stock. Please allow us 10 business days for processing.
All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of loss or damage to your shipment, we will supply with the free of charge replacements. In case replacements are not available, a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to request a photograph of the damages.
No subscriptions, TV channels or any other video/audio content will be provided with purchasing of the unit.
